The equipment is an automatic welding machine designed for the production of scaffolding coil buckle vertical rods. It features automatic tube loading, automatic spot welding, and automatic ring welding. The entire process is automated, including automatic drop of parts and palletizing by a robotic transfer system for cyclic operation. This results in beautiful welds, cost savings, and enhanced production efficiency.

The equipment is primarily used for automatic spot welding and ring seam welding of scaffolding bracket buckles.
(Sleeve welding can be added upon request.)
